可追溯重量进行校准的衡器上进行称重。Reagecon 持有校准非自动称量仪器的 ISO17025 认证(INAB 参
考:265C)。由此产生的校准重量证书按照 ISO/IEC 17025 的要求发放。每种标准液的认证值均利用 NIST
可追溯的、ISO Guide 34 认证的标准液校准的高性能分光光度计进行验证。

分光光度法杂散光标准液
杂散光是紫外可见分光光度计非常重要的关键技术指标。它是紫外可见分光光度计分析误差的主要来源,它直接限制被分析测试样品浓度的上限。当一台紫外可见分光光度计的杂散光一定时,被分析的试样浓度越大,其分析误差就越大。ASTM认为:“杂散光可能是光谱测量中主要误差的来源。尤其对高浓度的分析测试时,杂散光更加重要”。有文献报道,在紫外可见光区的吸收光谱分析中,若仪器有1%的杂散光,则对A为2.0的样品测试时,会引起2%的分析误差。
因此,认真研究杂散光,以便减少或降低杂散光对光谱分析的影响,是光谱仪器研制者和使用者们必须高度重视的问题。
